Download Security Patch For Beetel Dsl Routers
You can always try doing a factory reset of the ap, and connect to its default IP address (with its factory username/password), but then you have to reconfigure it to work with your network.
If the access point is the main 'gateway' NAT router on your network:
1. Start > Run > type: cmd (to enter command prompt)
2. Type: ipconfig /all
3. In the list, find the line that is your 'Default Gateway', this is your primary router/access point.
If the above does not work, or you have multiple access points and you are not connected to the main router, you can try the following solution:
1. Find the MAC address of your access point (it is usually printed on its label).
2. Ping your network address (substitute your client IP's last number with .255, i.e. if your IP is 192.168.1.23, type: ping 192.168.1.255)
3. Type: arp -a (look for the MAC address of your access point, and note its IP address)
Note: If a secondary AP is not in the ARP list of interfaces, you can also find its assigned IP by logging in to the main NAT router, and looking for it at the LAN wired clients list.
Today updated #vestacp to #php 7.4 from 7.2 which was updated from 7.0 originally in the past. Will create and publish video of it soon on youtube. So subscribe to stay tune. All existing domains are working fine. #Wordpress need update as old version has some deprecated issues.

WPN824 V3 - Router Not Connecting To Modem? Jun 13, 2011My aunt's connection was working fine until the other night. Apparently a storm we had knocked out their power and the next day they could not get on the internet.
They were on the phone with tech support from their service provider and 'had them reset the modem.' This is basically all I could get as they are not very tech oriented. From what I gathered: The modem and the router are not communicating with each other. The modem is a Motorola ADSL single port Ethernet modem, and the router is a Netgear Rangemax wireless router WPN824 v3 with the modem connected via the uplink port on the router. Whenever the ethernet cable to the PC is plugged directly into the modem, there is a connection. I exhausted my entire networking knowledge trying to figure out what could be causing this.Similar Messages:.ADVERTISEMENTAug 19, 2011My router stopped working today after I tried updating its firmware. I have tried to hard reset the router but it just won't broadcast a signal. Is there any hardware problems related to this or are there any other ways to reset it?
Sep 13, 2011I cannot connect my Kindle to my netgear WPN824 router. I can't locate the router Password, not pass phrase. Aug 19, 2011unable to find download for netgear wpn824 v2 router Jun 7, 2012I have a Netgear WPN824 v2 wireless router. The router login page has become horribly slow recently but the rest of the network seems unaffected. Some times the page doesn't even load all the way or properly, such as with a standard font and options missing. Oct 22, 2011I am using a Netgear Rangemax Wpn824 with comcast cable internet. This problem happened also on an older router but less frequent with this one.I don't know if this is a common problem but I cannot seem to find it on the web and thought I would ask here.
The problem seems to only happen after someone restarts their computer. What happens is 9/10 times on startup the internet will connect just fine but the 10% of the time it will say 'Unable to connect to Shaun' (my wireless router) Sometimes if we restart the computer it will fix itself but usually we have to reset the router and it will fix itself and wont happen again for another couple of weeks.I called comcast about it and their tech support said it was a router issue, that's when I put in my newer one (the rangemax) and its still happening. We even upgraded the comcast modem recently too, and since it fixes itself when I reset the router I don't doubt its the router.I can't seem to update the firmware on it, not sure if that will work. (It says not enough memory to complete) Should I buy a new router? Aug 11, 2011Two days ago we received our new phone land line from Mediacom. We already had internet service from them so we decided to get a phone line.
When they came over two days ago, we received a new modem, RCA DHG535-2. The issue we are experiencing is that the modem is not connecting to our rt n-16 ASUS wireless router. The modem works fine without the router but we need it for school work. The troubleshooter says 'DNS is not available'.A few things i tried was to unplug everything and reconnect them back from the modem to the computer. It usually works when i had trouble in the past but it seems nothing is working. Apr 26, 2012How to connect 2 cisco modem in 1 3com router. Nov 22, 2012I have a problem connecting wifi router(airlive wt-2000r) to my ADSL modem(webstar epc2203ed2.0) using utp patch cable. When my PC is connected straight to the ADSL modem everything works like charm. But when I connect modem with wan port on the router and router with my PC I get no internet access. The network shows as unidentified network and win7 troubleshooter says: Default gateway not available.
Connecting them two devices seems pretty simple and I dont think I am doing anything wrong so what could be the problem? Nov 6, 2012I am trying to connect my modem with router (ASUS WL-500gP V2) but don't have any luck. Internet is not working with router. Jul 26, 2012I have a wired ADSL modem+router, and also a Linksys WRT54G2 V1 router. How do I connect them such that I get a working wifi available? Feb 5, 2013I'm sure that the modem/router is bridged which I think it means that it is sent to pass through the port number requests. What I did was go into my Linksys router, setup the port I want to forward to my 3389 (RDP port on the specific machine).
Let's say port 45000. In the past, before Windstream took over and I had DSL with a local Telco, I would just enter my IP address and port number and I was in to the machine.
Example: 171.234.54.191:45000 That would be the IP address of my modem (which just passed though the requests) to the router. Now when I do the same thing I just get an error message that looks like this: It seems that the modem/router is not passing though the request to the router.
This is why I didn't want their new router/modem which the HAVE to charge $120 for worse quality machine than what I already had. May 18, 2012I recently borrowed a friend's desktop and I am having issues with connecting with the router through an ethernet cable. I go to troubleshoot the problem and I get 'Local Area Connection 2 doesn't have a valid IP configuration'. Its nothing with the router because when I plug my laptop in with the same ethernet cable, I am able to connect perfectly. Jan 12, 2013I am trying to connect my DIR 815 router to a DSL modem.I fill out the password, and the username the way it should be, but then when I try to get the modem to connect, it says the network status is busy.
Dec 24, 2011how can i connect a Net gear DGN2200 wireless modem router to a D link DGL4500 wireless router?? May 23, 2012Have had ADSL installed through a router, connected the wireless router and it works fine Have since connected the original router via -120mtrs of CAT5 cable to extend to the house. Connection through LAN is fine into desktop however the minute we try to connect an additional wireless router the connection fails. We have even put the LAN from the second Wireless into the desktop and there is no connectivity. We have had a technician come to sort the problem, they advise that they have no explanation as to why the LAN works from the distance but the wireless does not. They have suggested that we need to cut the CAT5 half way and put an antenna up to connect the two routers. Dec 9, 2012i have one airtel isp connection was connected to beetel adsl modem and this modem is connected to d-link switch to accessing internet for my lan.
And one netgear wireless router is aslo connected to this d-link switch. My need is i has one cisco 1900 router, i want to get internet access from adsl modem or netgear router to my cisco router. Jun 23, 2012Trying to connect one computer to the internet using a USB Verizon Pantech modem and at the same time connect to printer wirelessly through a Linksys router. We are able to connect to one or the other and can print when connected to the home network or we can surf when connected to the Pantech. We can connect to both networks at the same time, but when we do we can neither print or surf.
It cannot find the printer and does not access the internet at all. Is it possible to do this without buying additional hardware Oct 29, 2012I just got a DSL Modem router (DSL 2750U) which has DSL input for internetconnectivity. My internet service provider provides RJ45 Cable which needs LAN input socket on a router for internet connectivity. How do I connect?
Feb 7, 2011I am trying to connect a Netgear wirless router to my cable modem. I have followed the instructions on the set up wizard but it fails to get a connection with the IP and DNS info I provide.I got the IP address info by connecting intially direct from the modem to the PC and then went to Run CMD and type ipconfig /all. I then started the set up wizard and followed the instructions, turning things on in specific order etc. After input the IP and DNS info it reports an error and tells me to check the address information is correct. My internet is a static IP connection (so it tells me and the IP information doesn't change). May 17, 2011When I connect my DSL modem to my DLINK wireless router, two identical DEFAULT connections appear in my wireless connection detection. Both will only connect locally. Jul 19, 2012I have a Linksys E2500 and I'm trying to connect it to my ISP provided router (Actiontec V1000H) because I wanted better range and consistent connectivity for my 6+ wireless devices. My problem is that, to make this work, I connected an Ethernet cable from the E2500's yellow internet port to one of my V1000H's LAN ports.
This, however, did not give me access to the internet even though the network for my E2500 was available in the network list and selected as the default network. I then had to go the the advanced settings of the E2500, and changed the router IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.2. This granted me internet access. However, everyone i've talked to including coworkers and experts at dslreports said that, because of what I've done I've set up a double NAT with 2 potentially conflicting IP addresses, and down the road weird issues will arise because of it. They also suggested I connect the E2500 to a dedicated modem to avoid this problem. However, the dedicated modem I was sent was faulty and did not allow internet access even through the ethernet connection. So, until I get a new dedicated modem, I have to use the router/modem combo. What should I do? Should I set up the E2500 as just a wireless access point for my existing router/modem combo?
What do I need to edit in the advanced settings? Mar 6, 2012My parents are using a speedtouch 546 modem for their wired internet connection, but they would like wireles in their home. I therefore bought them a linksys e1200, and tried to get their wireless internet working.I connected the e1200 to the speedtouch via kabel, used the cisco software to install the wifi network, and so far so good. The laptop has no problem connecting to the e1200, but no internet connection, whatever I do.There seems to be a signal comming into the back of the e1200, since the led on both the speedtouch and the e1200 are responding, indicating that the two are sharing some information.Looking for information on the net, I came onto 3 possible solutions. One is cloning the MAC adress of the to the speedtouch connected wired computer to the e1200. The second has something to do with interfering IP adress ranges.
The third was uninstalling the cisco software, reconnecting and resetting the modem. Let windows find the hardware and just install the e1200 drivers. Apr 22, 2012I have a 192.168.1.xxx network connected to Verizon FIOS via Actiontec MOCA / router. I also have a 192.168.15.xxx network connected to Comcast via Motorola VT2442 router (used for Vonage) and a Motorola SB6121 cable modem. Each network has it's own gigabit switch connected to each router. The two networks are physically separated but switches and routers are physically side by side. What is the best configuration to allow devices on 192.168.1.xxx network to communicate with devices on the 192.168.15.xxx network (share printers, NAS, etc), but still have each network served by it's respective ISP, and each device still get it's dhcp, dns, gateway, etc from each respective router? Feb 20, 2013I want to create a DMZ by having a less sophisticated router connected to cable modem, which would have the webserver which contains no sensitive information, and then the EA3500 to which my laptops and desktops which contain sensitive information would connect to. Can CCC work through that first router?
Jul 18, 2012Where I work, we have four computers connected on a network with a Telus combination router and modem (I should probably also mention that two of the computers are connected to a switch which is then connected to the Telus modem/router because that is how the previous tenants set it up). Recently, my boss wanted to have two different wi-fis, one as a guest wireless and a password one for the employees so he bought a Cisco E2500. I set up the second router as a wireless access point, but eventually we started getting problems with IP conflicts which started messing with the work group connections. How I'd go about setting up the E2500 properly so that there are no problems like I've been having (having to reset the modem/router constantly for the internet to work, computers being assigned different IP addresses and problems connecting to the server over the workgroup network). Mar 11, 2012My home lab is in a different room than the cable modem. I have a wireless N router in the room with the cable modem.
I have a wireless access point that is connected to a Cisco 2611XM routers fa0/0 interface. The 2611 accepts the DHCP address from the wireless router. However, I can't ping past the wireless LAN 192.168.10.0 network.
I know with the wireless router it's two layers of DHCP. Should remove the DHCP settings from the wireless router? The wireless router is a TrendNet TEW-651BR. Matshita blu ray driver for mac. I can ping my iphone or any device conntected to the wireless router. And my laptop can ping default gateway of the wireless router, which I assume is the cable modem, however the 2611 cannot. So I'm assuming that's why the hosts behind the 2611 can't get to the internet.
I followed the below instructions. I know the instructions don't assume your using a wirelss router between 2611 and the cable modem. But, I really don't want to run a cable to the cable modem.URL Mar 29, 2010I am having an issue with connecting to a Cisco 7201 via the AUX port through a modem.
The modem is plugged into the AUX port and I am dialing into the modem, everything seems to be working fine as I get a login prompt and my banner etc but I can't type anytihng. If I type then nothings happens. If I just type a bunch of random characters on the keyboard then when the authentication prompt times out and it goes back to the username, it will show a few of those characters. I have tried many things, changing speeds etc, I have even tried changing modems and it is doing the exact same thing. Here is my config:line aux 0 exec-timeout 2 0 modem Dialin transport input all stopbits 1 speed 115200 flowcontrol hardwareI have searched on here and found people having similar problems but no solutions.
I have tried this one a Cisco 2821 with the same config and it works with no problem, the only difference is the phone line is different. Oct 21, 2011I recently purchased a new Belkin N wireless router, model number (F5D8236-4 V3), i am however trying to connect this router to my old Belkin G wireless Modem Router (F5D7632-4 Ver7000uk).Now i can't seem to get the N router to connect to the internet-after much faffing about i can get all the LED lights to turn blue-bar the wireless which blinks amber (i did this by turning the DHCP server off, and by using the same WEP code). I get limited connectivity wirelessly and wired, which basically might aswell just say no connection.Taking the N router out of the equation, the g router can connect to the internet wired (it no longer seems to work wirelessly, and had a horrible range on it anyway). I use a PPPoE connection-all my ISP details are correct.how i can get the N Router to work wirelessly and wired. Dec 12, 2011How do i set a router that i can't get on line with i need the security key for wpn824 v2 Apr 13, 2011aware if the NAT keep alive function is available on the Netgear WPN824.
